Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

To make cake, beat eggs; add sugar and mix well.
Add vanilla and pineapple with juice.
Add flour sifted with soda and salt. Pour into large greased and floured pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Batter should not be more than 1 inch thick.
Ten minutes before the cake is done, begin icing.
