Grandmother Esther'S Matzoh Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. matzoh meal
    1/2 c. water
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Add water, oil, salt and pepper to beaten eggs.
    Mix well. Add meal and stir thoroughly.
    Refrigerate one hour.
    Form into balls and drop into soup or 1 1/2 quarts of boiling water to which salt has been added.
    Cook 20 minutes with lid on.
