Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cooked, peeled and cubed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion and green pepper in a large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and hot sauce; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 10.
