Meat Sauce For Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion, finely chopped
4 strips bacon
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. tomato juice
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
spaghetti
Preparation
-
Fry onion and bacon until tender.
Add beef; fry until done. Drain off grease.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except spaghetti, and simmer for 30 to 60 minutes.
Cook spaghetti and serve meat sauce over spaghetti.
