Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. mild or sweet Italian sausage
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. diced onion
1 pkg. grated Mozzarella
1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
1 large and 1 small can tomato paste
oregano
basil
thyme
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation

Brown onions.
Add sausage and brown.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add seasonings and tomato paste.
(Adjust seasonings to individual taste).
Mix well and simmer while preparing noodles. Cook noodles in salt water with a little olive oil in it.
After noodles are cooked, cool in water with a little olive oil.
Line a cake pan with foil and grease it with olive oil.
Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella.
Repeat, ending with sauce and cheese (not noodles).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
