Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    2 c. celery, cut fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Heat vinegar, oil and sugar.
    Do not boil. Pour over vegetable mixture.
    Let stand for 24 hours.
    This goes well with a beef dinner.
