Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 sticks oleo
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Bring sugar, syrup, oleo and cream of tartar to a boil in large saucepan.
    Take form heat and add soda (this will foam up so start with a large pan).
    Mix and stir over popped corn.
    Bake in large roasting pan 1 hour in 200\u00b0 oven, stirring occasionally. After cooled, store in covered container.
