Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground venison
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
    Place in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
