Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 lb. canned pumpkin
Preparation
-
Combine first 8 ingredients.
Beat together eggs, oil and pumpkin.
Add to dry mixture.
Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch or 3 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
