Water Chestnuts With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon
    16 oz. can water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation
    Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each water chestnut; fasten with toothpick.
    Place water chestnuts in oven-proof dish; brush with mixture of soy sauce and sherry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields about 20.
