Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix the first five ingredients and make a well in the bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour in the well of dry ingredients.
    Stir with a wooden spoon.
    Spray five small pans (7 x 3 1/2) with Baker's Joy (do not substitute).
    Pour batter into pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Keep in the refrigerator.
