Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. diced, unpeeled apples
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix into the batter.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Spread into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Cool.
