Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped nuts
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 small container Cool Whip or whipped topping of choice

Preparation

Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Combine all the ingredients together.
Put in 8-inch pie pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
