Country Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. each salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick. Add oil and sugar.
    Stir in cottage cheese, fruit and sifted dry ingredients. Mix well.
    Spoon into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
