Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pastry shell
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 c. milk, divided
3 small egg yolks, well beaten
1 tsp. firm butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 large ripe bananas
10x sugar (for sprinkling)
Preparation

Bake and cool pastry shell.
Blend flour, sugar and salt in a heavy saucepan.
Over low heat, slowly stir in one cup of milk until smooth.
Add rest of milk.
Stir until smooth and mixture thickens almost to a boil.
This will take about 5 to 6 minutes.
