Crisco Pastry For Double Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
    Cut Crisco with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is fairly coarse. Sprinkle with water.
    When it forms a firm ball, pull into 2 parts and roll out on a floured board.
    Roll into a circle.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pie crusts.
