Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
white powdered sugar
butter
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
maple syrup
Preparation

Separate yolks from whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
In blender, put yolks, milk, 2 tablespoons oil and flour; beat.
Pour into whites; fold together.
Cook in buttered pan only the first time at 350\u00b0.
Pour 1, 1/2 cups of batter into pan.
When formed together, turn.
Serve with butter, powdered sugar and maple syrup.
