"Mock" Hollandaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. stick butter or margarine
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of pepper and salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Let cool briefly; add remaining ingredients.
    Heat and serve.
