Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. plain flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. apple pie spice
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. buttermilk
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a huge bowl.
    Add the liquids and beaten eggs and mix well.
    You can store in a sealed covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    Bake in greased muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray.
    Fill 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Don't overcook.
    These freeze well.
    These are very good.
