Turkey Piccaja - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices turkey
    2 Tbsp. butter and olive oil
    2/3 c. white wine
    3/4 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    grated peel of 2 lemons and juice
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    8 thin slices lemon
Preparation
    Dip turkey slices in seasoned flour.
    Saute in butter and olive oil two minutes on each side.
    Remove.
    Add wine, beef broth, chopped parsley, garlic, grated lemon peel and juice.
    Let come to a boil and add cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water.
    Add to thicken.
    Simmer gently.
    Add lemon slices and simmer two minutes.
    Return turkey and serve over noodles.
    Can use the lemon slices to decorate.
