Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 large onion
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can consomme
    1 can water
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add chopped onion and rice.
    Stir constantly until brown.
    Put in covered casserole.
    Add consomme and bake 1 full hour at 375\u00b0.
