Easy Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 medium sliced onion
    3 c. water
    4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning*
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 6 rings
Preparation
    *One-fourth
    teaspoon
    each oregano, marjoram and basil leaves and 1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage.
