Winter Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Turkey or Italian sausage, sliced in 1/2 inch slices
1 c. diced onion (large)
1 c. sliced carrots
2 small zucchini, sliced
1 - 16oz. can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 tsp. crumbled Basil
1 tsp. salt (optinal)
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans beef bouillon (10 3/4oz cans) or 3 beef bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups water
1 can (16oz) Great Northern Beans
Preparation

Assemble all ingredients (except beans) in large kettle and cook till vegetables are tender.
Add the beans, undrained, and reheat.
Ready to serve.
