Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can (1 1/3 c.) flaked coconut
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation
    Note:
    To make scalloped edge on pie shell, mold pastry around round-bowled tablespoon.
