Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9
    x
    13-inch
    pan or Dutch oven pan. Sprinkle rice in the
    pan.
    Place
    fryer
    on top of rice.
    Mix soup, water and soup
    mix.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and allow chicken to brown.
