Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can pears, mashed
    1 pkg. lime jello (4 servings)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts (can be omitted)
    3/4 to 1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Heat pear juice to boiling.
    Add jello and cream cheese.
    Keep hot until dissolved.
    Chill until partly set.
    Add mashed pears, nuts (if desired) and whipped cream.
    Chill until firm.
