Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    pepper
Preparation
    Place spinach in strainer; thaw and press out water.
    Melt butter in pan over medium heat; add onion and mushrooms.
    Cook until onion is limp.
    In a bowl, beat eggs with fork; stir in bread crumbs, soup, 2 tablespoons cheese, pepper, basil, oregano, spinach and onion.
    Mix.
    Turn into well-oiled 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until set.
