Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Mix in dry ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured cupcake tin.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Makes 1 dozen.
