Christmas Eve Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Italian tomatoes
    1 large can Ginl crushed tomatoes
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 can anchovies
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 can of black olives, sliced
    1 lb. cappellini
Preparation
    Place olive oil and crushed garlic in a large deep frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
    Open anchovies and place anchovies oil in pan.
    Chop anchovies and add.
    When garlic turns slightly golden brown, add tomatoes (crush tomatoes first) and Ginl.
    Add raisins and pine nuts.
    Simmer for 25 minutes.
    Add olives and simmer 5 minutes more.
    Cook pasta.
    Pour sauce over and mix well.
