Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. light cream
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk and bread crumbs and let stand for a few minutes.
    Saute the onions until brown.
    Combine all the other ingredients except the flour.
    Shape into balls, then sprinkle with the flour.
    Brown in frypan, then cover and cook for 35 minutes. Serve with a gravy.
