"E-Z Cream Puffs"(No Cooking!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bags Stella D'oro \"Anginetti\" cookies
    large Cool Whip
    8 oz. bar cream cheese
    1 1/2 cans crushed pineapple, well drained
    fresh fruit for garnish
Preparation
    Cut each cookie in half with steak knife.
    Follow directions on back, but use largest Cool Whip, cream cheese and crushed pineapple.
    In an hour, you will have dozens of cream puffs, which will soften as they sit in the refrigerator.
    Arrange on a platter. Add some fresh fruit for garnish/color and sit back and enjoy the rave reviews!
