Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. unpeeled zucchini, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Beat together well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
