Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped, peeled and cored apples
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Measure all but last 2 ingredients into large bowl.
    Mix on low speed of mixer, scraping sides of bowl.
    Fold in apples and chopped nuts.
    Spread batter in greased, floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool 10 minutes.
