Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion, mushrooms and celery in 1/2 stick butter until onion and celery are done.
    Put all ingredients in covered casserole and bake for about 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
