Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    juice and grated rind of 1 orange
    Wesson oil
    1 c. raw cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Put juice and rind (grated) of one orange in a cup; finish filling cup to 3/4 full with Wesson oil.
    Chop cranberries in half.
    Combine ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Place in a baking dish. Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
