Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion
    3 cans chicken/mushroom soup
    1 small jar picante sauce
    12 oz. pkg. unsalted tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat and chopped onion in pan.
    In 9 1/2 x 13-inch cake pan, pour 3 cans soup (no water), 1 small jar picante sauce, the meat and crushed chips.
    Mix well together.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Shred cheese on top; melt in oven for 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
