Crock-Pot Sweet And Sour Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    28 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light molasses or corn syrup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. raw sliced carrots
    1 sliced onion
    1 large green pepper, cut up
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil in skillet.
    Transfer to slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Cook 6 to 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
