Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked grits
    1 lb. cheese (Velveeta)
    1 stick butter
    dash of red pepper
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of garlic
Preparation
    Cut cheese and butter into hot grits.
    Add pepper and garlic. Beat eggs, adding milk and baking powder.
    Stir into hot mixture and pour into greased 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Salt to taste.
