Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into individual molds such as small custard dishes or very small souffle cups.
Set molds in a pan of hot water and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until the blade of a table knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled.
