Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces breasts, broiled (don't let them dry up)
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    4 lemons, squeezed
    1/2 c. spring onions
    2 tsp. salt to taste (be careful)
    1/2 c. fresh coconut, grated
Preparation
    Crush onions with salt; add lemon juice.
    Dice chicken into desired chunks.
    Stir lemon-onion mixture over chicken chunks. Add salt and spring onions.
    Add coconut.
    Add pepper if desired.
