Old Fashion Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
3/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
4 c. chopped rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In a bowl, combine sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and cinnamon.
Add rhubarb; toss.
Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and remaining flour.
Stir in butter.
Sprinkle this over rhubarb in baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
