Lukshen Kugel(Noodle Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broad egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook the noodles.
    While the water is coming to a boil and the noodles are cooking, blend 1 cup cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff, but not too hard (you know, the soft peaks that sort of slump over when they get too high).
    By now, the noodles are about done.
