Super Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage (large)
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
3/4 c. sugar or to taste
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Shred cabbage in bowl.
Next layer shredded onion and shredded bell pepper. Sprinkle sugar to cover top.
Do not stir!
Bring other ingredients to a boil.
Pour over cabbage while hot. Refrigerate overnight.
Do not stir until ready to serve. Serves 12.
Stays fresh and crisp 9 to 10 days.
