Mini Reubens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 slices cocktail rye bread
1 (3 oz.) pkg. corned beef, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
5 slices Swiss cheese, cut in quarters
Preparation

Arrange corned beef on cocktail rye bread.
Cover lightly with sauerkraut.
Top with sliced Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
Makes 20 appetizers.
