Soapy Finger Paint - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soap flakes
1/2 c. water
food coloring or dry tempera

Preparation

Whip soap flakes with water.
Tint with food coloring or dry tempera.
Paint on white shelf paper or waxed paper.
