Banana-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. bananas (3)
1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat bananas; cream with sugar and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add dry ingredients, alternately with sour cream. Add nuts and beat. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
