Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 lemon cake mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. lemon, grated
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt margarine, pecans and coconut.
Put in bottom of greased and floured Bundt pan.
Put next 7 ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Spoon batter into pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
