Mom'S Best Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled, skinned and cut into chunks
1/4 c. diced purple onions
5 to 6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise with enough wine vinegar added to make it the consistency of heavy cream
3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients with wire whisk and add to potato mixture. Mix well.
Refrigerate until cooled.
