Parsley Soup(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch soup
    1 c. minced leeks
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cut heavy stems from the parsley and wash well. Let soak awhile to clean.
    Mince parsley fine and save sprigs for garnish.
