Butter Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. 10x sugar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In large
    bowl,
    cream\tbutter and shortening together. Add vanilla; gradually\tadd
    10x
    sugar,
    one
    cup
    at a time, beating well on medium speed.
    Add milk and beat at high speed until light and
    fluffy.
    Keeps very well in refrigerator with tightly covered lid for several weeks.
